Reservations

All Shift Cycle clients must have a unique account with a valid e-mail and phone number to register for classes. Registration for classes may be done online, over the phone, or in-person at the studio.

If the class you want is full, add yourself to the waitlist. As bikes are cancelled, the list moves up automatically and moves the next person onto the bike that was canceled. A notification email will be sent immediately.

If you sign up for the the waitlist, it is the same as signing up for a class. The same cancellation policy applies. However, if you move off the waitlist less then 30 minutes prior to class and cannot make it, let us know and you will be early cancelled.

If the waitlist is full, the client will be asked to keep checking for availability or to choose another class time. We cannot add clients to the waitlist once it is full.

If you are not signed in 3 minutes prior to class, your bike will be given away. If you are running late you MUST CALL the studio and we will hold your bike for 5 minutes after the start of class time.


Cancellations

All daytime and evening classes must be cancelled 4 hours prior to class time to avoid a late cancel fee of $6 for monthly unlimited members or $10 for "No-Shows" (no late cancel) OR the loss of one class if you have a class package.  

Cancellation Fees will be billed monthly to the credit card on file. Please email us or contact a Shift staff member if you have any questions. 

A client may cancel a class using our website, in-studio, or by calling and leaving a time stamped voicemail.

Bikes are released to waiting customers 3 minutes prior to class if a client has not arrived and has not called to let us know they are running late.

If you are running late, please call and we will hold your bike for 5 minutes into the start of class. After 5 minutes, you will not be allowed into class and will be charged a late cancel fee or lose the class.

If you do not show up, cancel your class, or contact us within the appropriate amount of time, you will be charged a $10 fee or lose the class. 

If you have a confirmed bike for one class and get into another from the waitlist within the late cancel period, you will be charged for both spots – we are unable to accommodate switching between classes.

Early cancels are not refunded - the class is put back into your account for a future use.


Charges

All classes must be paid in full by the time the class begins.

Unused classes may only be used for a different class. No cash will be given back for unused or returned classes.

Class packages CANNOT be shared between clients. 

Single classes, class packages, and memberships DO NOT include shoes.

Shoe rentals are $2 and will be charged to a client’s credit card during class if they do not provide cash prior to the beginning of class.

All merchandise may be returned unworn and unwashed 7 days after the original sale for studio merch credit. Any worn merchandise will not be accepted for return. Sale items are final. 

Gift cards are valid for Shift Cycle classes only and cannot be converted into cash value.

If a client’s credit card is rejected for class, shoe or water charges, they must update their credit card information prior to being permitted to take another class.

Shift Contracts

All contracts are Monthly Unlimited Membership with Auto-Renew.

*This is auto renewal with no long term commitment. If you need to cancel your contract please email or call the studio 30 days prior to the day you would like to end membership. Monthly Unlimited rate subject to change after cancel.
*Shoe rentals not included in monthly memberships.

*CANCELLATION POLICY: All daytime and evening classes must be cancelled 4 hours prior to class time to avoid a late cancel fee of $6 for monthly unlimited members. All Saturday, Sunday, and 6am/7am class reservations must be cancelled by 8pm the night before to avoid a late cancel charge or a lost class.

CONTRACT TERMS: I agree to purchase the Monthly Auto-Renew Unlimited Classes program as an automatic charge to my credit card or debit card for [agreed amount at time of contract] each month. Statements will be labeled 'SHIFT CYCLE'. I understand that I will notify Shift Cycle 30 days prior to when I would like to cancel. I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit/debit card, or an authorized signer. By purchasing an Auto-Renew contract, I understand that I am still accountable for the Shift Cycle class cancellation policy.

Childcare Policies

Please book childcare AT LEAST an hour before the scheduled class. 

  • Please bring your child freshly diapered. We do not provide diaper changing services.
  • For the well-being of the other children, please refrain from bringing a sick child into the childcare area.
  • Children will remove shoes while in the childcare room. Please feel free to bring a pair of socks for comfort.
  • No food or drink will be permitted in the childcare area.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. In these circumstances, parents will be notified immediately.
  • If a child is inconsolable for more than 15 minutes, parents will be notified and asked to return to the childcare area to assist staff.
  • Children will be released ONLY to the person who dropped them off.

Waiver

All clients must sign a waiver in person prior to their first class.


Minors

You must be 14 years or older to take a Shift Cycle class. If you are under 18 years old, we require your legal guardian to sign a consent form in-studio in person prior to riding. Riders must be over 4’10" to ride.

We do not allow unaccompanied minors to be left in the lobby during class. No exceptions. To use our childcare services please sign up before your class.


Miscellaneous

Our monthly unlimited pricing is auto-renewal.

Single classes and packages 6 months after the initial date of purchase.

The maximum number of rides a client may do in a single day is 2.

Shift Cycle + Fitness is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. All items left in the studio will be kept in lost and found for 1 month and then donated to Goodwill.
