monthly membership cancellation
All contracts + Monthly Unlimited Memberships are auto renew and will renew each month on the date of purchase.
*This is auto renewal with no long term commitment. If you need to cancel your contract please email email@example.com 30 days prior to the day you would like to end membership. Monthly Unlimited rate subject to change after cancel.
*The 30-day policy is based off of the membership billing date. We must obtain request to cancel 30 days prior to the final payment.
All classes must be paid in full by the time the class begins.
Unused classes may only be used for a different class. No cash will be given back for unused or returned classes.
Class packages CANNOT be shared between clients.
Shoe rentals are $2 and will be charged to a client’s credit card during class if they do not provide cash prior to the beginning of class.
All merchandise may be returned unworn and unwashed 7 days after the original sale for studio merch credit. Any worn merchandise will not be accepted for return. Sale items are final.
If a client’s credit card is rejected for class, shoe or water charges, they must update their credit card information prior to being permitted to take another class.
Classes must be cancelled 4 hours prior to class time to avoid a late cancel fee of $6 for monthly unlimited members or $10 for "No-Shows" (no late cancel) OR the loss of one class if you have a class package.
Cancellation Fees will be billed monthly to the credit card on file at the end of each month. Please email us or contact a Shift staff member if you have any questions.
A client may cancel a class using our website, in-studio, or by calling and leaving a time stamped voicemail.
Bikes are released to waiting customers 3 minutes prior to class if a client has not arrived and has not called to let us know they are running late.
If you are running late, please call and we will hold your bike for 5 minutes into the start of class. After 5 minutes, you will not be allowed into class and will be charged a late cancel fee or lose the class.
If you do not show up, cancel your class, or contact us within the appropriate amount of time, you will be charged a $10 fee or lose the class.
If you have a confirmed bike for one class and get into another from the waitlist within the late cancel period, you will be charged for both spots – we are unable to accommodate switching between classes.
Early cancels are not refunded - the class is put back into your account for a future use.
